Delivery Information

How we get your order to you — collect from one of our trade counters, or have it delivered.

Order online and collect from any of our trade counters. Collection is free. We will let you know when your order is ready — in-stock items are usually ready shortly after your order is placed, during counter opening hours. Bring your order confirmation (and ID for the card used, if asked) when you collect.

We deliver across [delivery coverage area — e.g. the UK mainland]. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size/weight of your order, so you always see the exact price before you pay. Orders over [£free-delivery threshold] qualify for free standard delivery.

Order before [cut-off time, e.g. 2pm] on a working day for next-working-day delivery on in-stock items. Some heavier or made-to-order items may take longer — any such lead time is shown on the product page and at checkout.

You can see the status of every order in your account under Orders, and we will email you as your order progresses. If you opted in, we will also text you updates.
